At Zenore, we strive to provide an excellent experience at every touchpoint -- and, that includes returns. Therefore, we are happy to accept returns on items within 30 days of the original ship date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be at least 1/2 full and include the original receipt & packaging.
Note: If returning a grooming kit, all products in the original grooming kit must be returned.
To initiate a return, you can contact us via our contact form and we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any of your items are damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will issue a refund if the return meets our return criteria. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
